Shipping Information

Most items are made to order and shipped via USPS or DHL from Ocala, Florida. Depending on order size, most orders ship within a few days but can take up to one week once the order is received. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email or phone.

We ship to most international countries. If you do not see your country or city, please contact us so we may add it. Currently we do not ship to Russia, Ukraine, China, Iran, Iraq, India, Pakistan and Afghanistan. We do not ship COD or freight outside of the continental U.S.

ATTENTION: USPS orders to Australia is currently suspended until further notice due to Covid 19 concerns. You can still place your order using USPS during checkout but I will notify you through email at the time of shipment for the remaining balance due for DHL shipment to Australia. I will send you a separate PayPal invoice for the remaning shipping charge.

Shipping amount presented during checkout are estimates based on order value, shipping location, and item weights; actual item weights may vary.

Return Policy

Damaged Items - If your item appears to be damaged, you must notify us within 3 days upon receipt for further instructions. Proper steps need to be taken for insured items sent, do not discard or use any packaging. USPS and DHL shipments include insurance.
